Hedgerow’s professional trainer, Pat Perry  has been training, handling and competing with dogs for over 25 years. His dog training knowledge and experience are a great asset in training your dog. He also works with dog owners . He teaches them how to handle their dogs so that their handling is consistent with the training that they received at Hedgerow.

Hedgerow offers 3 proven training programs. Owners can select a training program that best suits their time and their budget. Owners can choose from Boarding and Training, One on One Training Sessions, or Group Training Sessions, Please see details below.

Our One on One training sessions last approximately 1 hour. These sessions are very useful for training your dog a specific skill or to evaluate and correct an undesirable behavior. During each session you will learn how to train and handle your dog yourself.

Our  Group Training Sessions are helpful for doing marking drills, teaching dogs to quarter or teaching  dogs to honor points or retrieves.

You can also choose to leave your dog at Hedgerow for Boarding and Training. We set goals  every month as to what training we will do with each dog.  Owners are invited at the end of each month to visit their dog and monitor their dog's progress. We also spend time with you to show you how to handle your dog and how to maintain your dog's training.
